This conference, in partnership with the networks national and international, allowed the necessary dynamics to be woven between the European authorities and the actors in the field. This meeting was an opportunity to understand the vision of the European Union, to give coherence and effectiveness to the financing tools and to note their efficiency through concrete and large-scale case studies. This allowed to demonstrate the importance of institutions and networks in the organization of flows between public power and European citizens.

This conference was moderated by Isabelle Vérilhac, director of international and innovation at the Cité du design ESADSE and Alice Brunot, in charge of the development of partnerships and European programs of the ANdÉA Association Nationale Des Écoles Supérieures d'Art.
